Rules:
1. Open to all CTF members who have a current membership card and are over the age of 16 as of the tournament date. All bowlers who do not hold a CTF card can purchase an affiliate membership card as per CTF Rule 300c.
2. Management and staff of the bowling center are eligible to compete in this event. Multiple participation will not be permitted. Tournament will be CTF sanctioned.
3. Team line-up can be 4 men, 1 woman (must have at least one woman on each team) whose combined CTF and/or USBC book averages for 21 or more games as of April 1, 2011 must not exceed 915.CTF Averages: If no CTF/USBC book average for April, 2011, the bowler will use highest CTF league average for 21 or more games as of December 15, 2011. Bowlers with no current CTF/USBC average will use their highest CTF/USBC book average as of April, 2011. If a bowler has no average they will bowl scratch 215. If current average as of DEC 15, 2011 is 15 pins or higher than book average, tournament manager reserves the right to use current average.
4. All CTF tournament rules will apply. (10 pin rule not in affect. Tournament winnings need not be reported). Tournament Manager will rerate when necessary.
5. All team captains are responsible for submitting team rosters and payment of team entry. To be PAID IN FULL BY DECEMBER 15th, 2011. No checks will be accepted after December 15th, 2011. Closing date for entries will be January 3rd, 2012.
6. Failure to submit the proper entering averages: The team will be disqualified if averages exceed 915.Out of town bowlers must have written verification of average by their Local Association Secretary.
7. Format will be Team Match Play 1 point for a win. Total pinfall will be used in event of a tie.
8. Use of Cell phones in bowling area is prohibited.
9. All prize money will be paid after the last game is bowled.
10. Prize Ratio will be minimum 1 in 4.
11. No change to team lineup after first game.
12. Bowlers may not switch hands once first game has commenced.
